1. Cleaning the surface and corona or flame the substrate material.

2. Please stir this coating with well-distribution,and filtrated with 300 mesh filtrating screen for

  two times.

3. Spraying coating it on the substrate material.

2.Keeping a good operating environment.The best operating environment should be worked in dust-free working shop, temperature control at 20 ~ 30 , humidity control in the 60 ~ 80%. Too much dust will cause more adverseness, temperature is too low to cause a decline in flow adjustment, adhesion. Shrinkage caused by heavy humidity, too low humidity Easy to create electrostatic potential safety hazard. 

3. Flame (or discharge) processed silicon sheet should be used up in 30 minutes, more than 30 minutes have to commencefire (or discharge) processing again

4.Coating will increases the load of elastic wall, and increases with the film thickness increases, the silicone rubber elongation decreased, If there are any aspects of scruples, please consider the methods and coating thickness.
